• Return Window: You may return your order within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange.
• Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

 We ask for 3-5 business days for processing on all orders placed with ground shipping. Order placed on Saturday and Sunday, or after 12pm EST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed before 12pm EST with expedited shipping will ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on the weekend will ship the following business day.
